• To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that noise levels be kept low, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Any disturbances that disrupt other guests may lead to immediate check-out.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
• If you expect visitors, please inform the management and obtain approval in advance.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless specified in advance and subject to additional conditions..

8. Food and Beverage

• Outside food and beverages are permitted but should be consumed respectfully, without leaving waste in common areas.

• For cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Show

• If a guest does not show up on the day of check-in without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
• In case of last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours), no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

• Should a guest choose to leave before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.

4. Modification of Booking Dates

• Changes to booking dates are permitted once, up to 5 days before check-in, based on availability. Additional modifications may incur fees.
• Date changes made within 3 days of check-in may be treated as a partial cancellation and subject to the refund policy.

5. Special Circumstances

• In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen events, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.
